Easier health and performance

Make a change

My motivation to start doing things differently, started a few years.  I was offered the obligatory NHS health check with my GP and the physical markers said it all.  I was 14kg overweight and my cholesterol was too high. On top of which I wasn’t feeling mentally strong. I knew that something was amiss. Somehow, I had drifted into a place that had drained me of energy. I just seemed to be getting the balance wrong and it was time to change.

Be open

At the same time, a friend of mine told me about a health and well-being company. They provided nutrition products and incredible support systems. It was a possible solution to some of my problems by making it easy to confidently cut the calories and increase the quality of nutrition.

Mindset is everything

My mindset was closed to the possibility of doing things differently at first. Eventually, I decided to try it out and haven’t looked back. I lost all the weight, my cholesterol and BMI returned to within normal range. I haven’t felt this healthy since I was 25 years old.

Find a passion

It worked for me and reignited my passion for sports and the possibility of getting into Triathlon (an unrealised passion of mine).  Now I have set myself a personal goal of completing my first full IRONMAN Wales in Sep this year (2019).  I am currently in training and trying to learn as much as I can about myself and what is necessary to achieve this personal goal.

Set goals

If you have any personal health and performance goals and or a reason to make a change in your life, then go for it. I hope some of you get something from my story as it unfolds.  Let’s see where it takes us.
